2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and we refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice, though changes never affect an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors.
4. Subscriptions
Where you choose a recurring plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. We email you three days before every renewal. You may skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account or by replying to any of our emails, without contacting us by phone. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled charge.

6. Product information and claims
NENALI products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary between individuals. Always read the ingredient list before use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if you have a skin condition or a known allergy.
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photography is illustrative and colours may vary between screens.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this store unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to reproduce our content, photography or trade marks without permission.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, design and the NENALI name and marks — belongs to Northvelt Ventures LLC or its licensors.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you keep all statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Our 60-day guarantee is in addition to those rights and does not replace them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and bring proceedings in its courts.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
