What we collect

Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number; payment is handled by our payment processors.
Account information — if you create an account, your email address and saved addresses.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser and operating system, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications — the content of emails and support messages you send us.

Why we use it

To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract)
To prevent fraud and secure the store (legitimate interest)
To send marketing email or SMS, where you have opted in (consent — withdrawable at any time)
To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation)

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with processors who need it to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and our email and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We are established in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area have specific statutory rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
